@Andre_85 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are facing an audio issue.

In that case, I would suggets you uninstall the audio drivers and reinstall the driver. Also, update the BIOS.

Please click the below link to download the drivers.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-13-ba0000-laptop-pc-series/32552516

Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Step 2 Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant.
  2. Check for updates.
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

Please perform a System Restore to an earlier time before the issue started

All of Win restore points deleted after update (19041.450).

I guess we need to wait an 20H2 update.

@User_envy1- Thanks for sharing your concern with the HP Community,

here's what I'll need, so I may be able to provide an accurate solution:

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: click here

(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues?

Have you attempted a system restore?

Did you run a hardware test on the computer using the F2 key during a restart?

Please reply with the details for further assistance.

Eager to help!

To thank me for my efforts to help you,

feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon

And Have a great day Ahead!
