Hello @dblackmanc1950

Does your notebook have external plug-in battery or internal battery?

(1) Disconnect Charger

(2) Press and hold <power> button for 30 Seconds

Ok….after doing that I installed battery and got nothing. So I repeated and installed battery and plugged in power cord and got nothing again.  So I repeated again and this time only plugged in the power cord and again nothing.

I have noticed two little white lights on the front right side of unit. While holding the power switch down one will come on and then the second one will come on. Shortly after that I hear a click and they both go out? This was with only the power cord plugged in!

Nothing…..the one small white light on the right front side will come on for about 60 seconds and then goes out. Nothing happens on the screen and light on the key pad never comes on.

Laptop came on without battery installed. Appears to be working normally only with power cord plugged in?
