Hello

I had actually forgotten my BIOS administrator password

I wanted it so much to help me unlock the audio issues in my laptop, set everything to default and install clean windows

Kindly reset it for me

Unfortunately, you will need to contact an HP agent for problems with BIOS passwords.

Here is HP's official policy regarding BIOS passwords:

 

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

 

4d. No posts shall include instructions/directions intended to bypass or subvert security mechanisms such as lock screens, BitLockers, BIOS lock, passwords, fingerprint/biometry scanners, PINs, or any other safety measures.
