Since I've installed Windows 10, my cursor will just dissapear while I'm typing and then the blue wheel just pops up and just keeps going around and around and around until I click on something. The space bar does not move the cursor either.

I bought my wife an HP Envy 360 maybe a year or so ago. It came with WIndows 8.1 and as soon as Windows 10 was available I upgraded. Since then the cursor keeps disappearing which is driving us crazy. The only way to get it back is to go to the mouse and pointer settings and hit the reset services button. This fixes it for a while.
This computer has NEVER worked properly with windows 10 at least out of the box.
It suffers other issues like it doesnt charge on occasion (software not hardware issue). In addition it's often incredibly slow to login.
Oh and if it goes to sleep it never wakes up so always has to be turned off and then on again.
HP this is jsut tragic. I have looked on all your support forums and none have provided a decent explanation or solution. I have waited years now for you to fix these very basic problems and still nothing.

I have upgraded my OS 8.1 to 10. So, currently I am using Windows 10. After few months of using Windows 10 I started facing this problem. Your provided solution not working for me. Please provide a solution for Windows 10.

I had problems with the touchpad intermittently failing (cursor freezing) and later on, the keyboard not working. External mouse and touchscreen were working OK.
I also had a popup message repeatedly telling me "autorotate On".
I cleaned the connectors between the screen and keyboard with an alcohol wipe and it appears to have solved all the problems.
Hope this helps someone else.
