Thank You Sir for your prior response,
But still there is a Loading Issue in my PC that has nothing to do with the Software issue.
I cannot run recovery as no recovery point was created.
The issue with my PC is from the very begining when the Turn on my PC i.e from the screen where it is written Press ESC to . . . for startup.
I went to a warranty claim outlet of HP in Karachi by the name of Pakistan Office Products who told me that the Hard Disk is not detected which is not the case as he gave me a false statement due to which I don't have any trust left in the warranty claiming procedure.
I tried to install windows 8 again in my PC but still there is no success in that.
Your concern would be most highly appreciated

So were you able to run the HP Diagnostics? Did everything pass?
That black screen is usually when it the computer is transferring control to Windows as it finishes loading. So it could be a BIOS issue or a Windows issue or still hardware. An option you can try is restoring the BIOS use the link below to try that.
Restoring the BIOS:
If you are in warranty then you can try calling instead. Here is a link to the contact information for outside of North America.

I have a HP G60-230US laptop. Some time ago when I booted it up the screen was mostly black. I could see the logo HP/invent come on and then off...after that nothing.
I've tried booting in safe mode and was able to read faintly repair computer... but nothing happened.
I removed the battery and power supply and did a HARD reset...nothing.
Is there anything else I can do to repair this problem? I did try a F10 to get into BIOS but couldn't see anything.
Thanks for any help.

The first thing I'd suggest is to remove and re-seat your memory module(s) - the procedure is detailed starting on Page 59 of your Maintenance & Service Guide.
