Hi everyone ..
I need help with this problem, I have an HP Spectre Folio 13-ak0013dx. The touch is not working, it started with half the screen, then few days after that, the whole screen touch stopped working altogether. The problem doesn't seem to be a software issue (I ran all tests in the OS and BIOS, uninstalled and re-installed the devices, updated the drivers and firmware)
So far I have replaced the following parts, but none of them solved the problem:
- L38697-001 - LCD Display Touch Screen LED
- L38673-001 - HP Touch Control Board Cable
- L38692-001 - HP Touch Control Board
Unit is out of warranty, and going to HP Service is not an option. (sending it by mail too is not an option)
Thanks everyone in advance..
