Good afternoon, can I install an M.2 SSD drive on my laptop? What type of M.2 SSD is supported by my laptop motherboard?

Here's your Service Guide http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06691790.pdf It states it has an PCIe, NVMe, M.2 slot in size 2280. So any m.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 3x4 will work fine.
