Product: 17-by1036nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Looking to upgrade from 8 to 16 ram. Does any one know how many ram slots there are? So i know if i need to buy 1 8GB to have 2 8 or if i need to buy 1 16. Incase it has only 1 slot. Also what is the maximum amount of RAM I can have. The crucial website says 32 max. A support agent said 16.

Not much to find for that model. It's large, so most of them do have 2 memory slots. Most laptops don't support 32Gb of ram.
