About a week after receiving my HP ZBook 17 G5 x360 convertible, I noticed that the screen was, oddly enough, hinging in a slightly crooked manner. Though it is hardly a mm the furthest away from the hinges, it is noticeable and already worrisome in its own right. A few days later, I inspected the hinging mechanism and noticed that the left hinge didn't quite look like the right hinge (see images attached) and after applying some light pressure even heard a creak. Though I can still my use my convertible and there doesn't seem anything critically wrong about the mechanism, I'm not sure how to proceed as the 1300 euros I invested in this product is a great investment to me and I mean to use this laptop and its somewhat questionable hinges for 4 years. Also, I only received this product a few weeks ago so if I am to take action I have to do so soon to possibly get a DOA. Any advice?Misalligned?
