my laptop: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-Pavilion-15-Notebook-PC-series/8499302/model/9788973/documen...
I bought this laptop in June 2016. It had R7 Graphics and R8 M365DX. After first update they became R7 M360 and R7 Graphics. Everything was fine until 17.4.4 amd upgrade. Since amd 17.4.4 (17.5... or the last one 17.7.2) device manager has yellow exclamation in both driver. it was fine until 17.4.3. What should i do?

Enabling Legacy Mode in BIOS solved my problem. 17.7.2 is working properly now. 🙂

Welcome to HP Forums @Jengador,
Thanks for the post.
I understand that you are facing an issue with the AMD graphics driver on your computer, is that right?
Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
Have you tried to update all the drivers using HP Support Assistant?
Recommend you to run HP Support Assistant to make sure all the drivers are updated.
If the issue persists, uninstall the existing driver from device manager, delete the driver when prompted.
Restart the computer couple times.
Make sure to have the power adapter connected.
You can also download the graphics driver from AMD website as well.
Let me know how it goes.

Yes i did all the updates in support assistant. I deleted all amd drivers with Ddu, then i let windows download drivers. Now i have R8 M365DX and R7 Graphics. But the problem their versions(08/2015). When i do graphics driver updates from amd website i get code 43 yellow exclamation.( I do it with Auto detect) and also when i do it from amd website r8 m365dx become r7 m360.
I hope we can fix it. Thanks for your time. @Chimney_83

Thanks for the reply, based on the specifications of your computer, your computer came with AMD Radeon R7 M360 Graphics, which is correct. Click here.
R7 360 is the correct drivers for your computer.
Let me know if this helped.

When i download amd driver minimal setup 17.7.2 it detects R7 M360 and download its drivers. But the problem starts there. Device manager gives me yellow exclamation (code 43). When i right click in device manager and click update driver it comes back to R8 M365DX (08/2015) driver.

Before windows 10 formatting ( i did it 2 days ago) it was fine with R7 M360 [(April 2017 driver)17.4.3]. after the windows 10 format i tried 17.4.3 it didn't give yellow exclamation ,but screen becomes taskbar's colour in every 2 seconds. (Not black.)(Ex: Whole screen was turning into orange every 2seconds. ) So i had to come back R8 365DX.

Somehow i did manage to download 17.4.3,and now (April/2017)AMD 17.4.3 patch is working in my computer. And i did some research: after 17.4.3 patch, the only patch which supports APU cores is 17.7.2 Patch. Now the only problem is 17.7.2 patch is not working in my computer. It may a result of AMD software. I asked them too.
When they answer i let you know.
Thanks for your support.
