After shut down my laptop's power switch light stays on sometimes

for your support and i would like to share with you again the problem.

i tried all the steps but now i shut down to leave but the power switch doesn't off and still have light,i didn't make force shut down and leave it and after one hour i check again still having light and the laptop was hot from down .

Let us restore the BIOS to default and check if that helps. Kindly follow the steps from this document - Restoring Defaults in BIOS
