Hi guys,
I have an HP ProBook 450 G3 with a preinstalled 1000 GB HDD.
I want to install M2 SSD and use it as a system disk
Model of SSD - is:
1. Apacer AS2280P2 M.2 PCIe Gen3 x2 SSD - 240GB (AP240GAS2280P2-1)
2. Apacer AST280 M.2 SATA III SSD - 240GB (AP240GAST280-1)
Mainly I want to install number 1 of those
Is it compatible with my laptop?
Or is this not possible with my laptop use those models of SSD in the above list (1 or 2)?
I hope somebody can answer my questions and I would be happy to receive an answer.
Thank You
Bijoy

Hi, Bijoy:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook. Chapter 1 has the supported drive types.
HP ProBook 450 G3 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide
Only SATA M.2 SSD's are supported, not NVMe.
Of the two drives you selected, only the Apacer AST280 M.2 SATA III SSD would work.
