Welcome to the HP Community. There are no French-speaking sections, so I suggest using a translator and trying English.

 

Using the Community Search >here< for the keyword GEM finds all these other posts with mainly the same reply.

You can start the partner application process from there. If you are already a partner, you should have an HP partner rep with whom you could work on programs like GEM.
