Hello HP Community, recently during October and November my laptop has been having VERY bad problems, recently if i were to open something like Discord, Roblox, or any thing, my computer begins to freak out and freezes it self, i wouldnt be able to move anything, today though, its gone VERY VERY bad, i was doing some school work on my laptop untill suddenly it did the freak out thing, this time it was very bad though, i had shutdown my computer and was thinking that it would go to normal, all of a sudden i see it on a HP Bios update screen, i was like "Okay im just gonna let it update and hope for it to fix my laptop" All of a sudden, my computer freaked out once again and this time since i literally cannot shut down my computer, im stuck on the BIOS Screen and cant do anything, any solutions to fix this screen corrupting problem, or exit out of the BIOS Update?
Maybe its the fact my graphics card is revealed cause of my broken laptop? I dont know, all i know is that i cant move my computer at all the block is stuck at 5% and the progress is 0.
Even worse? i cant press a single button, if i were to press a button, it flashes my screen, idk what to do and im scared.

See if the part fails during diagnostics:
Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics. If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty and Click here for world-wide contact info |
do not attempt a bios update if you fail the UEFI diagnostics
See if you can boot into windows safe mode and run the system file checker
This third party site explains how to use DISM and SFC to repair your windows system.
You need to be in windows to do the repair. Normal or safe mode will work. If it reports it cannot fix the problem then do the DISM.
If windows does not start then click here get into SAFE mode.

Yo, i tried most of the steps and it seems to not be working, as i said, for some reason non of my key buttons work as the entire thing is frozen, whenever i pressed ESC it would simply glitch out (Seen in one of the pictures where it would go back with tons of lines) So i kinda dont know what to do, ill leave it on for a while to see if my laptop can even die, if i wake up to still see it on the BIOS screen, ill let you know, but so far though i cant do much, it might just be a MASSIVE hardware issue so i might either try to get it repaired or just buy a new HP Laptop, thanks for the solutions though.
