Unfortunately, one of his issues is that the notebook shuts off when he tries running diagnostics. That is why I wanted to see the battery report.

i don't remember if i told you this, but meanwhile i was trying different options to see if the situation improves i removed the internal battery and just used the computer with the charger. The laptop worked fine for hours without the battery. I tell you this in case you find it relevant to the case

And yet. I'm having all this problems besides wich version of OS i ran because i also tested the HP version they sent me on my email to test and dischard any software problems.

Could it be then the charger? But i already tested using the pc just with the charger and i had no problems at all

I have to say too. That now it says it is good but before archieving this i had several test from hp support assistant that said i needed a replace inmediatly...
