Hello,
For a few days, I suddenly get the message when starting my laptop that the battery is barely functioning anymore and should be replaced. It only works for a few minutes off the charger, while a week ago it was completely fine, working for at least 4 hours.
To be sure, I did the battery check in the PC HP Hardware Diagnostics software, and this program says my battery is completely fine. There is no service point in my country, so I am unsure what I should do now.
I've only had the laptop for 2,5 years so I'm quite surprised by this problem.
Hopefully someone can help!
