Microsoft Windows 11

My notebook just only 6 months.  I got a message in HP Support Assistant Battery:- Calibration needed.  So, I calibrated the battery via BIOS as I saw the clip in HP support.  After I ran the battery test, the message still exists.  Then I did it again, this time I did it via HP program.  The message still showed.  Then I bought my notebook to HP shop, the staff could not solve my problem.  Any suggestion.

I suggest that you use the Battery-Report utility in Windows to see what the actual health/condition of your battery is.

I explained how to invoke and use the utility in an article I wrote for the knowledge  base a few years back.

Finally, staff changed the battery and the problem was solved.
