Mi notebook HP Pavilion 15-eh0011 arroja el mensaje de "Battery counterfeit check error", es la batería original, no se le ha cambiado la batería, intenté buscar actualizaciones de BIOS y controladores pero no hay disponibles nuevas versiones y está actualizado.

El error comenzó a aparecer luego de una actualización en Windows Update.

 

¿que se puede hacer para solucionar el error?

My HP Pavilion 15-eh0011 notebook is displaying the message "Battery Counterfeit Check Error." It's the original battery, and the battery hasn't been replaced. I tried checking for BIOS and driver updates, but no new versions are available, and it's up to date. The error started appearing after an update to Windows Update. What can be done to resolve the error?
