Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Battery problem (6-cell, 84–WHr, 3.64Ah, Li-ion 928372-855)
Provide us with the original battery! I am not completely satisfied with your solutions! The battery on the Amazon platform is not a suitable solution because it is not original, gives errors during take-off, and has a short life I feel regret buying this laptop at such a high price! We want a solution !!! My review is very bad for an old company as HP !!
