Hi, any update on bluetooth problem indicated yesterday on my laptop with windows 10

Welcome to HP support community.

 

I would suggest please update the BIOS, Chipset and Wi-Fi card drivers for your PC, from our HP support website, using this link.

 

Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.

Hi,

I have already done the above mentioned things like update the BIOS, Chipset and Wi-Fi card drivers , from the HP support website. Also updated windows 10, started Bluetooth service in Services, downloaded the Hp Support Assistant, but could not find the missing Bluetooth.

My laptop had Bluetooth some 20 days back, suddenly it disappeared. I tried the various methods mentioned in the answer given to various issues raised by others. Why HP is so late in responding to this fully. When I contact them on whatsapp the answer from their side is very late. when contacting their toll free number, the person asks me to hold on the phone for nearly 30 minutes after which I disconnect the phone. Still waiting.
