Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
HP 15 Laptop PC (Intel)HP 15g Laptop PCHP 15q Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide
Chapter 3 has the list of supported motherboards.
You need a motherboard that comes with an Intel 8th generation core processor.
Doing an upgrade such as that will probably cost a good deal of money.
If you are interested in upgrading your PC to W11 as is, please see the method I have used to in-place upgrade several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's to W11 22H2 that don't meet the hardware requirements.
...and it won't cost you a dime.
