There's nothing to say anymore
Thousands of people have had this problem, yet hp does nothing to help.
It's broken to the point where i have to hold up the screen out of fear of the screen falling out.
I've 3d printed some braces, they don't hold up that well.
What the **** HP? Did you not test these hinges? What do i do now? Even if i bought and replaced the top/bottom case, i'd be out quite a bit of money. And even then, it wouldn't fix the problem! The hinges would just break the case after a few months, If i loosened the tension on the hinges, it'd just close while using. This is unacceptable! It's like HP planned the hinges to fail.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
