Product: ENVY 17M-bw0013dx

the hinge started giving me problems before the warranty ran out, but it didn't seem like a big deal. Now the screen is cracked because of the broken hinge. I see it's a common problem and HP has helped others with this issue. I have been a loyal HP user for years. Can you help me get this covered under warranty?

I was having a discussion with an HP employee, that goes by GeorgeSoMe, about my broken laptop. Now, after we agreed on a solution, it seems he is not getting my messages. The last time he wrote, he said HP would send a box for me to return the laptop. Ceorge....are you still here?

I have tried the link but I can't get anywhere from there. GeorgeSoMe said I could get the laptop repaired and offered to send a box, but now the private message message system doesn't seem to be working.  Is there a phone number I can call?

Sorry...I must be doing something wrong. I can't get any help from the links you provided. Is there a phone number I can call to arrange the shipping and repair of my laptop? Or, can someone call me to make arrangements. I really need to get this thing fixed. Thank you!
