Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with one of the best laptops that I have ever owned.  I have a battery that is swelling inside of my laptop and starting to push up the keyboard and trackpad.  It has gotten so bad the laptop does not even fully close anymore and the trackpad is starting to be inconsistent on responding.  I am worried that at some point it will be permanently damaged or explode / start a fire.  Anyone else having this problem?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
