I got my Omen laptop a few years back - OMEN 15-ax202nl - but for a few weeks now I've had to have my charger plugged in because the battery won't charge.
According to my freshly installed Windows 10 (I performed a complete formatting on the system SSD a few months ago), I am "plugged in" and I guess also charging.
Using HP PC Hardware diagnostics desktop app, my laptop passed all Power component tests.
I went a step further and I tried the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI. Now I got some results. The Power Test and the Battery Check yielded the same results:
Battery check: Primary - Replace(42)
Primary: Logic State - OK(0), Charge state - Blown Fuse (42)
FAILURE ID: 0U1311-8H2A3Q-MFPUQJ-C0E203
Primary Battery
Component test: FAILED
Any suggestions on how I should procede? I don't quite understand what parts need to be replaced and how.
Thank you 🙂

@LB40 I've deciphered the failure ID you've mentioned: 0U1311-8H2A3Q-MFPUQJ-C0E203 and it represents a battery 1 failure with code 601, the best way forward is to have the battery replaced and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
