Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I 'm using app 'System Monitor II' v24.2  and the visual image have Clock fixed on 1199MHz.

The DV6 cpu is Core i5 M 460 that work at 2.53GHz(2530 MHz).

In BIOS setup is impossible try to set anything to modify this status, what usefull is have BIOS in this machine, that i thing is very beautifull(...for me and my use).

At last, my CPU do not work at is frequency, Why.

Yes you just aren't going to get full control from the BIOS of a consumer laptop. The mobile processor has speedstepping which downclocks it to keep it cool. Have you tried adjusting the Windows power settings so that it uses a "high performance" power plan?
