Just bought the product it is working very so I want to upgrade so can I add an extra ram to my lap

The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

 

You can install 2 x 8 GB of memory in your model.

Is it replacing an SSD from HDD can make a Lap to work more efficient, in that case can I add a SDD to my laptop (model-15-da0327TU)

You can replace the HDD with a SSD, but I don't know if you can add one.

 

I suggest you start a new post regarding that question.
