Yes, your HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 as per: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/pavilion-15-ec2000, can be fitted with up to 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks -but may be down throttled to 2400 MHz as per your processor's specs.
