I have signed to HP support page, clicked through all of the confirmation e-mails and codes. Currently I am not able to fill in the Profile page because the dropdown lists like Time zone and Preferred language are empty - there is nothing to select there.
In addition there is a "User is Deactived" message on top of the profile page, but I have just registered for access.
The issue is pretty much the same as here:

There is no information regarding solution in this topic, therefore I'm creating a new entry.
