Envy 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I cannot see the camera. There is no reference to the camera in Device Manager. The laptop is brand new. Unfortunately I am a Mac user, so setting up this PC machine for my wife is a heap of learning.

Can anybody help[ me please?

I can try to help as best I can. What is the full product number of your wife's X360?

I can be found if you run the HP Support Assistant, or if you first power on the PC, rapidly tap F1 to get the info menu screen.
