I submitted for a rebate for unused Care Packs for two notebooks, and followed all instructions. It's been over 3 months, no rebate was ever acknowledged or mailed to me by HP, I have reached out multiple times, and no one from HP will reply to any requests for information.
How do I get someone to reply to my requests?

Hello Alden,
I tried to contact Support directly per your instruction in private message. I could not get anyone to help me. I looked up phone numbers and talked to several departments, and no one I spoke to was willing to assist with the rebate question.
As a result, I filed a complaint against HP today with my state attorney general. I had hoped to receive support for this question, but in the face of no one being willing to help I needed to enlist a different resource.
I can see many other related questions like this, so I am posting this on the public board for others to see. It seems HP is adamant about not providing anything but an unmonitored email box (focus.crc@hp.com) to send rebate questions and paperwork to.
HP owes me over $400 in rebates, and seems to have no intention of honoring the terms of their own program. This isn't just going to go away, not if it's happening to others as I can see from other message threads.
I will never again buy from HP. Why would you do this to your customers - put out a rebate program that you have no intention of honoring? All this does is create mistrust and a terrible experience.
I hope this helps others.

Hi @OhioUser1234,
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
