I purchased the extended warranty and got a welcome to the HP care pack email a couple of weeks after I purchased my laptop and insurance directly from HP. The email said I would be automatically rehistered and would get a confirmation email. I waited a couple of weeks and didn't receive anything. I emailed back and said I hadn't gotten an email and online did not show the extended warranty. I have emailed and called multiple times with no response. I would try to contact hp, get frustrated, let it go for a while, then try again. Long story short - I have been dealing with this for over a year! I do not get any response from my emails. I have tried calling the phone number for the registration and consistently get a busy signal. On the few times that i have gitten through i get the message that I am being connected to an agent, after waiting 15 minutes I get a message saying all agents are busy and to leave a message and they will call back. Then a message saying the mailbox is full call back again. I tried the "dispute your warranty information" submission and still no response!
I have the receipt that I paid for it and the welcome email but I cannot get anyone to answer my calls or emails. I am at my wits end - does anyone have any advice???

Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
