HP Zbook Studio G7 Mobile Workstation IDS Base Model
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered HP Travel Power Adapter 65W (1MY05AA#ABA) to use with my laptop, given it uses same tip as my main charger. However, it doesn't seem to charge.

Are the two products (laptop and charger) not compatible?

Depending on configuration of your machine, it may come with one of the following chargers

  • HP Slim Smart 200 W External AC Power Adapter
  • HP Smart 150 W External AC Power Adapter

Your HP Travel Power Adapter 65W (1MY05AA#ABA) only has 65W, that is too low wattage rating.
