HP 14 Laptop PC 14-d5000 (4T800AV)

Hello,

I recently purchased a new HP laptop, 14-dq5009nr, and would like to know if anyone has tried DDR5 RAM in it?  The system ships with an 8GB stick of DDR4 3,200Mhz.  The i3-1215u CPU supports DDR5 4,800Mhz.  I've linked the HP support page and Intel Ark pages below.  Thanks in advance!

Hi:

it is not possible to install DDR5 memory in a PC that came with DDR4 memory.

DDR5 memory runs at a lower voltage than DDR4 memory, there are a different number of contact pins and the notch in the DDR5 memory chip is cut in a different place than it is in a DDR4 memory chip, making it physically impossible to for DDR5 memory to fit in a DDR4 memory slot.
