Hi, the HP ZBook that was delivered throuhg or hardware supplier has a broken arrow up key that does not react unless very firmly pressed. I have asked our hardware supplier for a DOA swap, however they request me to fill out a HP DOA form you would need to send me.
I have signed up to HP Support and tried to submit a case, however it is telling me Site location not found or Serial number cannot be entered into system or something like that.
Could you please send me the DOA form so I can have the laptop swapped? Thanks and best regards.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
