when i open device manager theres an unknown device and it says Device ACPI\HPQ0004\3&2411e6fe&0 requires further installation. what do i need to install and what is it?

Hi Fallon Rogers,

You need the driver for HP 3D DriveGuard which has this purpose

"HP 3D DriveGuard protects the hard drive by "parking the heads" if the notebook is accidentally dropped or is abruptly impacted by another object."
