Does Envy x360 15 Ryzen 7 4700U {15 ee0012no} support RAM upgradation to 32 GB from 16 GB?

Hi:

 

Yes, it would support such an upgrade.

 

The service manual indicates the memory is not upgradable in chapter 1, but in chapter 5 there is a procedure to remove and replace the memory.

 

This discussion proves that you can upgrade the memory in the model series.  This is the model sold in Canada.

Page 1 clearly says

         Support for DDR4-3200 1.2 v, nonupgradeable, onboard system memory in 16 GB and 8 GB configurations

 

But some members said they could upgrade.
