If yes how to enable is as the drivers show HP IR camera on the site and when I install it nothing happens.

I understand your concerns.

 

I have checked the specification ,. Your model does not have an IR camera.  Your model has HP Wide Vision HD Camera with dual array digital microphone. It will not support Windows Hello Face Recognition.

It is a windows application. It has to support.

 

Please click to install the soft pack then try to configure.
