You're very welcome.
To boot from the W10 USB flash drive, have it plugged into a USB port.
Turn on or restart the PC.
Immediately tap...tap...tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu and from that, select the (U)EFI USB flash drive and press the Enter key.
The PC should boot from the W10 installation flash drive and load the setup files.
W11 is not supported in your notebook because the AMD A4 processor does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 AMD mobile processor requirements of a Ryzen 3000 series or newer processor.

I manage boot romninstallation media success, just when power on & pressing Esc immediately till boot in uefi.
