Hello All,
From last two days, there is an extra memory segment created on my hard disk which is named as Local Disk (Z), which claims a space of 256 MB, which if we add in other segments like C,D,F drives then it will exceed the 1 TB. What is the problem ? (I have attached the snapshot of the compure hard drive segments)

There is no problem with that tiny partition being there.

You are mistaken. That isn't memory, it is a partition with storage capacity measured in (MB)megabytes. Each of those lettered sections, with the exception of the F: optical drive, are partitions, not segments.
What partition type is on the disk? Is it a MBR or GPT partitioned disk?
You should be far more concerned with the partition 😧 that you have created and titled important. 256 MB is very little in the grand scheme of things when you have a 1TB (terabyte) hard disk.
The red coloring means a very bad thing.
Unless you want to lose the data on the 😧 partition, copy and move at least 50 GB to an external storage medium.
I highly recommend that you do that as soon as possible. If you ignore that advice you are taking quite a risk.
Do not install anything else in the 😧 partition for nnow. Do not ever fill it up to within 10% of the capacity of the partition, if you value the contents within the partition.
