HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0513na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was using my laptop when all of a sudden, one of the fans ramped up drastically, resulting in a systematic scraping sound which sounded like it was scraping the heat sink. Everytime I boot my laptop the BIOS reports the error with the fan and I have inspected the vents to see if any dust or dirt had gotten in, with nothing being visible from the exterior, so I have no idea what to do at this point.

The only options take me back to this forum or to Knowhow. If so, are Knowhow's services covered by my warranty?
