For about 4 months the fan on my hp pavilion gaming started spinning almost every time i turn on the laptop, and it does not stop, even in idle. The fan keeps spinning at max speed, even if the cpu temperature is under 40 degrees celsius.
The laptos has no dust, it does not get hot, and it's not on heavy load (cpu usage under 10%).
I don't know if there is a way to change the speed manually, I tried third party software to do it but there is no way to do it.
