HP Pavilion - 14-ce2500sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

he left hinge has become detached/broken on the monitor side (HP Pavilion - 14-ce2500sa) This in turn cause the bottom monitor frame to pop out.  Over past few weeks it got significantly worse as I am unable to close the laptop to prevent from any further damage. The screen works perfectly fine and there are no cracks there.

Originally it came as a surprise because the laptop was kept in a good condition, no drops or bumps with very minimal use. However, after doing some research, it seems that this issue is rather common issue, suggesting that this is a manufacturing defect.  Could you please inform me if there was any system in place to resolve and if so, what further actions can be taken? Many thanks!
