FingerPrint and Bluetooth not working-elitebook 8460p

I have HP elitebook 8460p. Earlier when I had windows 7 installed to it, both finger print reader and bluetooth were working very well but recently i have upgraded it to windows 10 pro (64bit) and since then neither of them are working. I could still see the finger print reader (validatity sensor) in the device manager but I am unable to see at all any links to bluetooth. I cannot login using finger print reader.

Did you install the W10 Client Security Manager software to be able to use the finger print sensor?

HP Client Security Manager provides enhanced Windows login and website single-sign-on capabilities. Security Manager is also the host for HP Client Security plugins, and therefore, should be installed before other Client Security modules. This package is provided for supported computer models that are running a supported operating system.

If there is no bluetooth device manager category, then most likely the BT was turned off via the HP connection manager software when you upgraded to W10.  The connection manager software does not work in W10.

The easiest thing to do to get the bluetooth to show up again would be to make a bootable Ubuntu installer, and turn on the Bluetooth using Ubuntu.

You do not have to install Ubuntu on the hard drive.  Just select the option to try Ubuntu without installing.

Yes i have installed client security from your link but still not working. In client security the error is reader is not connected, connect the reader. I have also updated to latest bios that too not working.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know what to do about that kind of error.
