ProBook 4540s (H6D81ES#ABF) Windows 10 64-bit
Hello, first I want to know if that thing in the picture is the fingerprint or not. If so why I can't see any biometric thing on the device manager or BIOS even after I installed the validity sensor driver and the chipset one.
Also I don't have Windows Hello after setting the pin too.

The fingerprint reader is an optional component on your notebook.
The picture you posted indicates the notebook in the image does not have a fingerprint reader; the small, blank cover shows where the reader would be located.
How to Add a PIN to Your Account in Windows 10
Assigning a PIN to use with Windows 10 login does not by-itself provide Windows Hello facial or fingerprint login -- Windows Hello requires a device to use: "real sense" (high-grade) camera, fingerprint reader
Learn about Windows Hello and set it up

You can (re)install the Synaptics Fingerprint Driver from your computer's Website Support Driver page:
Category Driver - Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices
Synaptics WBF Fingerprint Driver
Alternatively, there is a newer Driver available in the same class:
- Driver Business Notebooks as listed: cva
- Devices:
USB\VID_138A&PID_003f="Validity Fingerprint Sensor"
USB\VID_138A&PID_003d="Validity Fingerprint Reader"
sp77398_Synaptics_V4.5.335.0_W7-W10.exe
