I have a HP Pavilion x360 Convertible laptop and over the last few days, a checkered pattern appears on the screen randomly (please refer to the attached image). Sometimes, it covers very little area, sometimes it covers as much as 25% of the entire screen. The pattern's colors remain the same (if that info helps in diagnosing the issue, at all). It happens even during startup (just before HP logo appears) at times.

HOW DO I USE DIAGNOSTICS?
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics is a Windows-based utility that allows you to run diagnostic tests to determine if the computer hardware is functioning properly. The tool runs within the Windows operating system in order to diagnose hardware failures. HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows comes pre-installed on new HP computers, but if not on yours, download here:-

Sorry for the late response. The error code is RQBXUF-A06A4S-QXGKGK-8D6603. I did roll back the video drivers and I haven't faced that issue again but the thing is it happens every few days so I'd wait for a few more days to see if it is really fixed.
