Hello there
I have a laptop HP 620 is not lit up at all just the charger's LED flashes eight times, that's all.
Sometimes the power button light is also lit up but only for a second and turns off.
Screen and the cooling fan will not turn on at all.

If anyone knows what to say to the 8 flashes, or can give me a link to the guide tell what the flashes say
Thank you very much
(Sorry for the harsh language ..) :-).

Your description "almost" matches the description that is meant to tell you what is wrong.

Take a look and see if you can decipher what your notebook is trying to tell you:

HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start and Emits an LED or Beep Code

The Power Reset, also known as a Forced or Hard Reset is one of the first options mentioned in the Help Guide.

===================================================================

The Hard Reset:

This method works for a variety of Driver connection and ‘stuck’ program issues.

  • Shut down the computer
  • Disconnect all external devices - everything.
  • Remove (disconnect / unplug) the AC power
  • If the notebook contains a removable Battery, remove it
  • Press and hold power button for at least 30 seconds
  • Reinstall the battery,
  • Reconnect the AC power cord
  • Power on - Log in

OR

Notebooks - Use Hard Reset to Resolve Hardware and Software Issues - Removable Battery

Good Luck!
