HP ENVY x360 Broken Hinge

Hello

exactly one month after the end of the warranty, my HP ENVY x360 convertible 15-EE0001nc probably had a broken hinge and the LCD cracked when I opened the laptop. it happened overnight.
Do you have the same experience with this problem or am I just unlucky?
of course, they don't want to accept the warranty repair at the service center.
seems like a clear product defect to me...

I can mark it as equipped only if HP recognizes it as a warranty repair since it is a frequent defect...

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair. 

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this web link.
