Hi,

The top rows keypad isn't working on my Hp laptop. (ESC, Sure View Integrated Privacy Screen button, f1 to f12, backlight key, and all other first row keypads)

we already:

- downloaded all updates

- downloaded all driver

I've tested the keypads online using [edit] but it works fine there when i press the keys.

Also the keypad works in BIOS because when i continuously press ESC, the startup menu appears.

But it does not work in home screen while working, what can i do please?
