HP ENVY x360 - 15m-cn0011dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The hinge has given out on my laptop after simply normal use.  The broken hinge then caused an issue where my touchscreen started to separate from the case.  We took it into ibreakufix immeditately after identifying the issue and they quoted us a repair costing $570.  I am extremely disappointed.  And to top it all off, I came to find out that this is a common problem with this laptop.

I am really hoping HP will step up to the plate and help correct this extremely expensive issue.  If not, I don't see myself being an HP customer much longer.

@KatieAndre, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

Just checking in - I still have not been contacted by a support team.  I am just about done being an HP customer.  Waiting an entire week is ridiculous.

@TEJ1602 Is a two week response time considered normal? I still haven’t been contacted by anyone.  Sigh.

And now it has been 3 weeks and no contact.  In case anyone is keeping track.  I am appalled at this customer service, or lack thereof.  Am I just talking to myself in here?

6 weeks with no response.  HOW DO I GET SOMEONE TO RESPOND TO ME?

12 weeks with no response.
